The Weekend Reading List

The Weekend Reading List

Over the weekend everyone started re-tweeting Teen’s Vogue’s fearless piece, ‘Donald Trump Is Gaslighting America‘, which was written by Lauren Duca. There was a lot of surprise that something so well written and powerful could have come from Vogue’s little sister. But I wasn’t surprised at all.

I read teenvogue.com regularly, and their coverage of the election has been increible. They never miss a beat. And I’m so proud that the magazine that shaped my teenage years is still a fantastic resource for young girls. So the key lesson here is to add Teen Vogue to your bookmarks bar – and question why Vogue proper hasn’t found a way to balance news, politics, fashion and celebrity as seamlessly…

  1. I can’t believe that 63 percent of teen vogue’s covers were women of colour! That is such a pleasant surprise!!
