Which Supermodel Hat Tribe Are You In: Beanie, Fedora or Baker Boy?

At some point in life you have to make a tough fashion decision: what is your go-to style of headwear? Are you a felt fedora kind of girl or is a slouchy beanie more your thing? It’s not a decision that should be taken lightly, but lucky each style tribe has its own supermodel pin-up to help lead the way. Personally I’m all about the wide-brimmed fedora, so I take my hat-spiration from Rosie H-W and Miranda Kerr. Which style tribe are you in?

Cara Delevingne Beanie

Cara Delevingne and the Beanie: Cara has never met a beanine that she didn’t like! And, although this trend peaked last Autumn/Winter, it’s still going strong for the current season. This time around, however, swap slogans for gemstones and embellishments. If you’re on a budget Topshop has a great option in navy blue, and on the higher end of the scale you can’t beat TNTees chunky-knit pom pom beanine.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Fedora

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and the Fedora: If, like me, you spend a lot of time on JustJared.com you’ll know that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley rarely steps through the doors of LAX airport without a felt fedora. Like fellow beauties, Miranda Kerr and Blake Lively, Rosie loves to hide under a wide-brimmed hat – and sticks to classic shades, such as camel, burgundy and dove grey. Get the look at Catarzi, Topshop and Eugenia Kim.

Gisele Bündchen Baker Boy Cap

Gisele Bündchen and the Baker Boy Cap: Okay, so Gisele doesn’t exactly walk around her hometown of Boston wearing Baker Boy caps. But open any magazine this season and you’ll see her modelling H&M’s peaked felt hat to great effect. This style is the most difficult to wear, which is why it’s best left to the women who are either crazy-fashion-forward (Victoria Beckham) or crazy-beautiful (Gisele). Find the look at H&M and ASOS.

So, which supermodel hat tribe are you in? Chose your team wisely and let me know which side you’re on…
