18 Positive New Year’s Resolutions for 2018

Positive New Years Resolutions 2018

How do you feel about New Year’s Resolutions? I find it fairly easy to form positive habits, but I struggle to stick to resolutions that are too ambitious or vague. “Exercise more” and “Eat healthier” are two goals I’m always trying to action. Yet both make terrible New Year’s Resolutions because they’re so open-ended and lack clear direction.

So this year I’ll be swapping them for “Do 15 minutes of yoga or weight-training every weekday morning” and “Cook at least five meals from scratch using fresh, healthy ingredients each week.”

What are your New Year’s Resolutions? If you’re stuck for ideas, here are 18 positive (and manageable) goals to set for 2018…

  • Best change for me was abandoning the idea of resolutions altogether – I prefer making changes and big decisions when it just feels right, not based off a calendar 🙂

Haha! Have you taken the Four Tendencies quiz by Gretchen Rubin? It sounds like you are the classic Questioner tendency (like Monica from The Elgin Avenue) xx
