Over the weekend Hollywood went crazy for Halloween, with Heidi Klum dressing as a dead body, Gwen Stefani rocking a Cinderella costume and Lindsay Lohan slipping into a sexy French maid outfit (typical). Nicole Richie had the most original idea, though.
With her hair scrapped back into a high-pony, aviator sunglasses and oversized gold hoops, a pink Juicy Couture tracksuit (carefully unzipped to show maximum cleavage) and pair of lace-up stiletto boots she was J.Lo circa 2002.
I can’t look at this picture without singing Ain’t It Funny. The Ja Rule remix, obviously. Nicole worked her J.Lo costume for Kate Hudson’s Halloween party, on Saturday night. And she wasn’t the only one who dressed up as another celeb. Jennifer Love Hewitt and her boyfriend went as Brad and Angelina.
Is there a rule in the book of celebrity etiquette that says it’s okay to dress up as another star on Halloween? Or is it frowned upon? Nicole does a great job as Ms Lopez but if I was Angelina I’d be slightly disgusted that Jennifer Love Hewitt chose such a nasty-looking department-store-reject dress for her costume. As if Angelina Jolie wears man-made fibres!
