Three Stylish Last Minute Party Dresses. Which is Your Favourite?

Party Dresses

Are you in the midst of a party season panic? If so there’s no need to worry, because I’ve tracked down three last minute party dresses. Topshop’s candy pink stripe design is great if you don’t want anything too festive, as you’ll easily be able to style it up throughout spring 2014, making it a smart wardrobe investment. Kenzo’s eye print shift is perfect if you’re looking for an update on the LBD. Plus, it looks great with black tights and has long sleeves, so it will also keep you warm.

And finally, my favourite… the ASOS wrap midi dress. This forest green number reminds me of Meryl Streep’s wardrobe in It’s Complicated. Super classy and very sexy! It’s part of ASOS’ petite range, but goes from size 6 – 16, so I think on certain heights it might site on the knee, rather than below. Style it as Meryl would, with a jewel-toned clutch bag and elegant drop earrings. (P.S the wrap dress also comes in an oriental print.)

While the eye print shift is interesting, I’m absolutely in love with both the wrap midi dress (in the dark green) and the candy pink stripes dress. After looking at the prices, why not get both?

I would go for the Kenzo!

I really don’t like the Kenzo (as in, would need to be *paid* to wear that) but the ASOS and Topshop dresses are adorable! I’d be more likely to wear the forest green ASOS number to lecture/day-to-day stuff and the ASOS for a casual party.

Hahaha! I love that reaction to the Kenzo.
