Jennifer Lawrence Covers US Vogue’s September 2013 Issue

So, ladies and gentleman, here it is… The much hyped Jennifer Lawrence Vogue cover. The 22-year-old Oscar winner and Christian Dior face has finally scored her debut US Vogue cover, snagging the September 2013 issue, no less. Jennifer was photographed for the magazine by Mario Testino and models a look from the Autumn/Winter 2013 Calvin Klein Collection show. The autumnal colours are perfect for Vogue’s first fall fashion issue, and I’m sure this edition will fly off shelves. Everyone loves Jennifer Lawrence, right? She truly is the perfect September cover star!

Jennifer Lawrence Vogue US September 2013

The September 2013 issue is a whopping 902 pages (of which, apparently 665 are ads – $$$!). And, as well as Jennifer Lawrence’s interview and editorial, it includes a look at Caroline Sieber’s Vienna wedding, shoots with Edie Campbell, Joan Smalls and Daria Werbowy, plus an appearance from Orlando Bloom. I can’t wait to tuck into the issue!

The September issue- my fave of the year! The cover has a retro 70’s vibe that I quite like.

  • she’s so gorgeous! and funny! 😉

  • I love JL, she seems to be such a funny and down-to-earth girl and of course she’s beautiful! I won’t be buying the September issue though, I don’t see the point in buying an issue that’s 2/3 advertisement…

I totally agree with the 2/3 ads. I don’t mind ads in magazines, but the September issue is always overkill – to the point where it’s actually uncomfortable to hold/read the magazine. I’ll still buy it though, as they’re nice to have in the Vogue collection!

FINALLY JLAW gets Vogue. And I like the cover but I guess I was hoping for a more interesting cover…Kate Moss’ last year was beautiful, this just feels a little to, I don’t know, boring? And I probably will still buy the issue if only because JLaw is on the cover. There better be some beautiful ads.

What a boring cover! Cant see any clothes but a massive close up of her face… and her hair and make up looks so boring….

  • Love that JL is on the cover, perfect choice!
She looks absolutely stunning, but yeah I guess they could have been a little more adventurous
