Dressing Up for Summer

Ella Gregory Coco's Tea Party

What a BEAUTIFUL summer it has been, so far, in the UK! London has been treated to non-stop sunshine and high temperatures for weeks, and I truly can’t remember the last time we had a summer this good (or this reliable).

In fact, it’s so hot I even fantasised about putting my bed sheets in the freezer for a quick, 15-minute cool-down before going to bed, last week.

I’ve been kept very busy over the last few weeks with summer social events (including two fabulous trips to Wimbledon), and lots of work on the next season of Let’s Discuss. It’s all been so much fun. But has left me feeling a little bit depleted of energy.

Blazer by Marks & Spencer (similar style here if your size is sold out) – gifted | Floral jumpsuit by Karen Millen – gifted | Sunglasses by Ray-Ban | Shoes by Russell & Bromley (past season)

So, as I did in spring, I’m going to take a week off from blogging to recharge my batteries and get my creative juices flowing again. This is all part of my master plan to avoid burnout, which I suffered from quite badly, last autumn.

The blog schedule will return to normal next Monday, July 23rd, and in the meantime you can find me on Instagram, where I’ll continue to update as usual. And be sure to keep your eyes peeled for news of Let’s Discuss season 5. It’s coming soon…
