I absolutely adore the classic Smythson notebooks, with their cheeky little slogans. They are such giftable items, and brilliant value for money when you purchase them in the Bicester Village boutique. I picked up three fun designs on my most recent visit – reading “Dancing on the tables”, “Hip, hip, hooray” and “The cat’s whiskers” – to give to various family members, this Christmas. They are the perfect stocking fillers!

I also found myself wishing for little cousins or nieces and nephews, because the kid’s pyjamas were so adorable!
