6 of the Best Jumpsuits and Rompers, Inspired by Emma Watson

Emma Watson J. Mendel Jumpsuit

Longtime readers might remember the Hoss Intropia photo shoot I took part in last year where I wore a pleated jumpsuit. Surprisingly it was the first time I’d ever tried a jumpsuit on, and at the time I was really excited about the look and decided all-in-ones would become my new thing. Well, that didn’t exactly go to plan, and I still don’t actually own any jumpsuits or rompers. But lately I’ve been experiencing some serious jumpsuit cravings – especially after Emma Watson rocked up to the Noah premiere in a J.Mendel all-in-one this week – and I’ve decided it’s time to make that first purchase.

I’ll start off with a simple black design, and I’m leaning towards the tie-waist number from ASOS, which is a great base for bold accessories. If that’s a success I’ll probably start experimenting with prints as well – although I’ve concluded patterns work much better on rompers than they do on jumpsuits. Moschino’s rose style is my favourite playsuit (very Hannah Horvath, no?), but as that’s out of my budget I’ll opt for the Warehouse pansy style instead.

I actually bought the asos jumpsuit a while back! It’s lovely and looks super cool with a black leather jacket but the size 6 is still huuuge.

I think I’m going to try it next time I do an ASOS shop!
