AnnaSophia Robb covers the February 2013 issue of Teen Vogue, modelling a Michael Michael Kors stripe T-shirt and Tiffany & Co jewellery. It’s the 19-year-old actress’ first major magazine cover, and I must say I’m impressed. Playing a teenage Carrie Bradshaw in The Carrie Diaries is going to be tough (after all, Sarah Jessica Parker is Carrie) but it looks like AnnaSophia will at least hold her own when it comes to the wardrobe. She looks absolutely brilliant in the editorial!
Speaking exclusively to the magazine about The Carrie Diaries, AnnaSophia revealed she almost turned the part down. “When my agent called about this job, I said no way. TV was too much of a commitment.” She soon changed her mind, however, as “I realized it was actually a really strong story. It had a lot of heart and integrity, and Carrie seems like a character that I can grow with.
