I was supposed to post about Scarlett Johansson’s Vogue Russia cover before LFW and I completely forgot. So although it’s semi-old news by now I still had to go ahead and share this October 2012 cover, as it would be a real fashion tragedy if I didn’t. It’s easily one of my all-time favourite Scarlett Johansson covers. Doesn’t she look spectacular in the pearl coat?
Obviously the the embroidered coat, satin body and statement earrings are Dolce & Gabbana designs. In fact, Dolce & Gabbana is the only label Scarlett models in the accompanying Vogue Russia editorial. And why would she want to wear another brand when D&G works so well for her? It’s a classic case of sticking to what you know and love.
