Alexa Chung was in Glasgow last night to present the 2012 Scottish Fashion Awards. She got into the spirit of the event on the red carpet, wearing a metallic brocade dress by Christopher Kane – who picked up the Scottish Fashion Designer of the Year award. Alexa paired the dress with suede pumps and a crystal embellished white shirt. Very similar to her Met Gala look.
Surprisingly I really like this look on Alexa and don’t mind the white shirt (although I do think the dress would probably look better on its own). The floral brocade look from Christopher Kane’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection is currently 40% off in the Matches summer sale.
