Kate Bosworth covers the May 2012 issue of Company magazine, sporting blueish/green dip-dyed hair. I was quite surprised to see her grunge-y hairstyle on the cover, as Kate was last spotted with this hairstyle in August. Did Company magazine shoot seriously far in advance or was this originally meant for another publication? Mysterious.
Anyway, Kate covers the issue to promote her latest movie, L!fe Happens, which also stars Rachel Bilson and Lauren Conrad. In the exclusive interview she talks to Company about her shopping-BFF, Sienna Miller. “I’ve known Sienna for years, she’s a good friend and a regular shopping partner. I loved the stuff her and Savannah did with Twenty8Twelve. I’ve been really grateful to her for wearing my JewelMint collection too.”
Although I’m pleased to see Kate on the cover of Company I can’t help wishing they went for the shot of her in the yellow suit instead. To me it’s much more inviting. And on another note, what the hell does “size whatevs” mean? You thought using a hashtag on Vogue Italia was bad… This cover line is even cheesier.
In other Kate Bosworth news, the fashion-focused actress is headed to Coachella festival this week, so cross your fingers we get some great style snaps. Perhaps she’ll rock the dip-dyed look again?
