Afternoon Tea at Bond & Brook

Yesterday afternoon I escaped the December rain with Reem from Five Five Fabulous to go for afternoon tea at Bond & Brook in Fenwick, New Bond Street. Bond & Brook opened just over a year ago and can easily be described as girly heaven. The restaurant is a sophisticated palette of white and dove grey, with an amazing silver cocktail bar standing in the centre of the room and a library of fashion books and oversized perfume bottles lining the walls.
We were invited to sample the afternoon tea menu, which included the most beautifully presented finger sandwiches we’d ever seen. Why cut your sandwiches into simple rectangles when you can fashion them into a swiss roll style circle? The tea also included scones (which were sooo good), mini Christmas puddings, mince pies and a selection of cakes.
Dean Street Townhouse is usually my go-to for afternoon teas, but I’ll definitely be visiting Bond & Brook again. The glam decor makes it perfect for birthday treats and girls-only days out. You can see more images after the jump…
