Clearly W magazine also feels the same way, photographing Dakota and Elle Fanning for the December 2011 cover. It’s easily my favourite W cover from the year. Mario Sorrenti’s pictures of the fashionable sisters are beautiful and Lori Goldstein got the styling spot on. Karl loves them, Marc loves them, Laura and Kate Mulleavy love them… The Fannings have the fashion world at their feet!
I wonder if 2012 will be the year Kate Moss and her little sister Charlotte pose together for a magazine cover. British Vogue are sure to go for that idea, no?
